hye guys..i wanna ask one question..let say i have a DA that i bought like 1 year ago, i lost the receipt and the box, but the DA now got some problem...is it possible for me to RMA it without the receipt and the box?

Well, if your seller don't wanna accept your mouse and RMA for you.. You can always go to Ban Leong and check yourself if you can RMA yourself.. But how could you lost your DA box and receipt? Especially the mouse that cost you like 200 bucks?

Yeah, i just remembered about him. That's my point, i just never bothered to look for Razer stuffs at kuching...
 becoz i know for sure it'll be more expensive than KL. |
