thxs tech, yeah i just figure i need to spent a bit more time on de saddle to get me my lungs pumped.
Been outta action frm injuries for almost a month, im treating weekdays more like a recovery ride.
I still ride kiara every weekends and sometimes PCP with some die-hard buddies.
Just need to get back into game pronto.

Not been riding for quite a while with the LYN-group because I had my PMR.
Right after my PMR, I went overseas (and I'm still overseas) but I'm reaching Malaysia this evening.
Maybe I'll continue riding next week with the LYN-ers

Wheels too small and the storage size still kinda big.

There's so many foldable bikes here in Shanghai...

btw, i remember sometimes ago our gov ban rear bike carring.
any one have update on that? did the gov back off from the ruling?

If it's banned in Malaysia, then why would they still be selling rear bike carriers here (in Malaysia)?
My friend bought his Thule-branded rear bike carrier at February and he's been using his rear bike carrier since then until today, without problems with the law.

sorry couldnt make it for the ride today. yesterday overexerted myself. catering for wedding, then dodgeball training in the rain. and driving back half frozen for 40km. now body feels like crap, hope i dont catch a cold

not sure about that frame, its an 07 frame. 08 hfs frames now cost rm1.6k, 09 frames rm2.2k before discount. 07 and 08 same tubing, different paintwork and graphics.

aiyo, where got king. i go there always fall nia. still way slower than the top 15 finishers of the kdcf time trial. about the pump track, when wanna organize the building session we might get help from TRAKS members or maybe bangsar south scouts (the ones who did the kdcf scout trail). still in planning and preparation stages.


yeah, been waiting and waiting for the dragons to come back.
