Same weight as me My case is that it usually going up lor.

I think "too light" wheelsets are out of question di .. since the "too light" ones are waaaay above USD1K for a set.

Some may disagree but as long as its from a reputable brand.. and right wheelset for right purpose.. like XC wheels for XC... DH wheels for DH'ing.... the lighter the better lor.

Chris King+XM717+DT is bomb proof for 100+kg americans but I don't think it's light... and do you really need that kind of strength.

XM717 395grams x 2 -->790 grams
DT spokes 32pcs x 2 --> ~280grams

--> 1.64kg
