yup, it's from CM official site
the basic guideline for cable management is tying & routing cables properly |

QUOTE(Eldanor @ Oct 22 2009, 12:47 PM) careful when plugging in high powered fans into fan controllers...u need to check and make sure that the fan's amperage doesnt exceed total amperage supported by the controller otherwise u can say bye bye to ur controller.take the Delta FFBs for example... to date, if im not mistaken, there is only 1 fan controller that officially supports it. and of course its not available in this country. also do not run high powered fans right off the mobo....anything above 0.8A is recommended to run directly from molex. otherwise, say bye bye to ur mobo. imho, only get the high powered deltas or any other high powered fans if u know wat ur doing.... |

hmm.. if i were you, i will save more money to grab the prolimatech megashadow or Thermalright 120 extreme one...
For the RM120 budget you can get only the descent CPU cooler... mostly from CoolerMaster. This post has been edited by kInOzAwA: Oct 26 2009, 04:09 AM |

ooo... are you implying that coolermaster's heatsinks aren't good enough? i thought they specialize in that field as their name suggests

The best high end air cooler is actually dominated by Prolimatech and Thermalright. If you googling somewhere you'll see many PC users around the world mostly using both the air cooler like i mentioned. There's no offence to claim that CM is a best air cooler. But it's just based on the user preference. By reading a reviews and making a comparison around you'll know why i stated that both the brand is the best of the best after all~
CoolerMaster also great in making a good quality air cooling heatsinks but just they're not to be true as the true of Thermalright and Prolimatech. This post has been edited by kInOzAwA: Oct 24 2009, 03:06 AM |

Well said, kInOzAwA, well said.
How much exactly is the "normal" average system, gpu, and cores temp? I would like to know idle and load state. |

QUOTE(Eldanor @ Oct 24 2009, 03:26 AM) Well said, kInOzAwA, well said. The temperature varies. i cannot call exactly how should the normal average system temperature because it's depends on the ambient temperature too. firstly, what you should know is the idle and maximum load should not exceeding the dangerous zone of temperature that has been set by either proc, mobo company etc.. let say if the maximum temperature has been set in 80 degrees, the normal should be in range of 50 - 70 degrees. if you got a good air cooling heatsink then, usually it will be better, somewhere in the range of 30 - 40 degrees in idle and 50 - 60 degrees in high load temperature.... How much exactly is the "normal" average system, gpu, and cores temp? I would like to know idle and load state. QUOTE(kimimaro_kun @ Oct 24 2009, 08:16 AM) yeah, this one should be consider too.. u nid to do some cable management bro....
and i think there is some problem with ur hsf... IntelC2D E8400 idle wont got tat high tempreture.... it is juz 33~35c in room tempreture.... btw i think u should apply new thermal paste or re-install the fan propley.... coz installing intel hsf sometimes might got problem.... i can very sure abt it becaz 1 of my fren oso using exactly the same core and casing wif u... but only he is using XFX 9800gtx.. im using elite335 oso my e7400 idle tempreture is 31~33c oso... but sometimes even can when down to 30c ... same in room tempreture oso.... and my gc idle is around 34~36c cool huh?! here is my casing ....juz take a look.... hehes...on budget....using 1x2gb ram only This post has been edited by bowerchung: Oct 30 2009, 12:08 AM |
