You may want to:
1. clean the hsf, and re-apply thermal compound
2. add fans to improve the airflow in your casing
3. do some cable management

I'm using Elite 335 too, for intake I have two 120mm fan; for exhaust I have one 120mm plus one 80mm, together with psu and graphic card exhaust. With a proper cpu cooler (killer whale) and cable management my cpu is idling at 28C, northbridge is idling at 35C but my gpu tend to be on high side idling at 67C (4870 is damn hot, and my X-Fi is blocking the back of it). My ambient temperature is 25C air-cond.

u mod ur casing to add 1 more 80mm fan? can share ur case pic??
i plan to add i more fan at the top but dont have proper tools  sweat.gif

I didn't mod a top exhaust lar, it's a rear exhaust. I just replace the pci slot cover with Silverstone Aeroslot, then put a 80mm fan over it as exhaust. It could be better if I just remove the cover but I can't stand the look of it. For my second 120mm intake fan I just mount it over the free 5.25" bay using a piece of plastic board. Those are tool-less mod. laugh.gif

what i mean, i plan to add another 1x120mm at the top.  laugh.gif
as for the rear exhaust, i like ur idea.
its a nice idea as for the tool less mod. its difficult to find silverstone aeroslot.
maybe i can put customize fan grill there  hmm.gif
as for the plastic board, this is the 1 u used right??

how about the vibration??

You can buy aeroslot from Modernopc, either in garage sales or their online shop (I got mine from the online shop).
Yup, that's the plastic board I'm using, but black one. You could use some rubber/silicon base to dampen the vibration/noise. Works for me.

Can I get a picture of your cpu ah? I wanted to add some fans but Elite 335 doesn't really have much space to add fans...

This is how my CPU looks like

You need cable management indeed shocking.gif
you could check my cable management here but that time I haven't got myself with the aeroslot yet. Still need some improvement though (after I got my motherboard back I'm gonna re-do it).
Use your creativity to add fans lar. I use the free 5.25" bay and the free pci slot backplate to mount fans. laugh.gif

Nice and neat smile.gif Shows that you don't need a CM690 for good cable management. Proud user of Elite series icon_rolleyes.gif
