Dell Studio 15 is available at shops, but you can't customize it.
in terms of performance and price, those two given the best with each cons.
better performance - benq s42
better aftersales + customizable spec - studio 15

lenovo y450 would be around 3.6k to get similar performance with benq s42

take the hp compaq cq35 -331tx .. only rm 2599 with g.card
2gb ram and 500gb hdd .. come with windows 7 premium 2 ... ~

a bit overpriced since its sony, but still a great machine.
cons:
less resolution, this only 1600x900 vs 1920x1080
little bit less performance, hd4650 vs hd4670

Its ok, other alternative would be msi gt725, sager np8662, but these two more towards performance.

dell inspiron 14, up the gpu to hd4330, or asus k40ab for 2k

Asus K40AB

take inspiron 14 for rm 1999, though it might be more expensive than the one you looking, but it has better after sales.
take asus k40ab for rm 1999 if want some performance on latest games + it comes with 2 years global warranty.
else, those 4 are pretty much the same performance wise, just pick the design you like and the cheapest.
samsung r420 pretty much has slight better spec and for the price, it included original windows, consider this.

2) Im studying in Uni next year, i hope to get something tat doesnt lag, no "sudden restart" (i dono why, but my cousin's one has this problem all the time..)

well, i also thought of that, but i want to know,

if compared to other brands, which are around the same price, why choose dell studio 15 ar??

better after sales and one of the best graphic card available for that price range.
