Downgrade not possible but my changing region code and if the country not yet to latest version it will update following that region

This is what happen to me: already download mp4 anime format but can't play at tube, and some regular here told to adjust the resolution. thus i used handbrake to adjust but can't change at all. then try to used other but also can't..

why huh? everything at FP i try and follow the steps still cannot change the previous mp4 format to new mp4 format with exact resolution for tube..

really tension here coz can't watch anime at my phone..
