what you should be trying now would be :

a)switch on your handphone without the memory card -(you said that you can switch on without memory card)
b)After switch on already ,insert the sim card and wait it too load .
c) Backup your file if there is necessary file (just a precaution step incase inside got important file)
d)remove the file earlier you put in that might cause the problem (backup it at anywhere you like since you gonna need the file I assume )
e)restart the handphone
f)see the result and post it here and inform us ^^

You guys sure the performance of GPS is better on E71 compare 5800XM ? I thought of changing to 5800 due to the screen size for garmin XT. and the 3.5mm port.

Yes,

1) I boot the phone without memory
2) I insert the memory card
3) I delete all appliaction (But strange the music inside the music folder all gone) So i just delete the rest i make this two days.
4) I off and restart with memory card.
5) Problem remain as just now - Phone appear NOKIA n can go further in.

the music inside the music folder all gone..Do you mean you check in the file manager all the music gone or the music player cant show the list of song ? in both of this case.Is it possible for you to run a virus check on your tube via usb ?last time i detected some virus in my tube .

If that does not solve the problem ,you might consider doing a backup of your file via Nokia PC Suite and format the memory card .Suspect that the memory card is corrupted or infected with virus .Anyway ,you could try to scan it first . Do full backup .

I think i tomorrow go dw to NCC to ask them check the memory card. I did saw when i make a video to my phone, The video logo got one crack in the middle then i see its shown corrupted file but i ingore it. HAHA, Maybe Memory card kena VIRUS liao...... Anyway phone still under warranty. ask them help me clear the virus or hopefully change a new memory card

Am going to sleep now....Nite nite to all bro n sis. will update your tomorrow. And thanks to all lending me a hand.

for me,i would go for 5800 since the big touch screen is vry fun to play with..i've tried playin my friend's e71 but im nt that amused by it.i only liked its metal casing .but the easiest way to make ur decision is to use both hp for like few hours n decide.

my tube react a bit strange last nite
while i was videocall with my gf...the phone suddenly turn off
is it becoz the battery is empty or the ram is fully utilized
coz when i restart,the battery level still have 2 bar
so i charge it until this morning,after fully charge,i unplug the charger
i cant unlock the phone using normal slide key and double tap or button + slide unlock
the screen just dark,but i can feel the vibration of the phone
but i solve it by push the off button first,then the screen light appeared,after that i can normally unlock my phone
just curious why is it happen

first to do is confirm your firmware version make sure its the latest that V31

its very subjective. Tats for my personal experience using both. I owned a E71 black and 5800XM blue

This happened to me twice or maybe more de...

when i call we can see the activate loudspeaker button n also the end call button right?
then when it is connected, tehre will be 4 button, 2 more which is mute n hold in addition to the first 2...

but last night, when it is connected, i can only see the use loudspeaker n end call button....

anybody encountered this before

very hard to identify problems that happen once a blue moon. Because the reoccurance is rare. Most of us already update to V31 so its very hard to track back old problems
