I have a little information about Creatine ,i think better share with you. Creatine common side effect is weight gain due to more water in the muscle and increase in the lean-muscle tissue. Other side effects observed were dehydration, muscle cramps, nausea, diarrhea, gastrointestinal distress and seizures. For persons with existing kidney or renal disorders, creatine was found to cause renal stress because of more stress on the kidneys.

You need to take lots of water. The other time my friend pass me some creatine I developed pain when i pissed. I look it up and found out that that was kidney stones passing through my urinal tract. Only take it if you normally takes like a gallon of water or you can follow schedules religiously like em...your normal 3 meals and break it up into 6 meals a day?

Creatine is a superb product. The side effects are dry skin for me. Has more benefit than side effects. It enhances muscle contraction and also make you look more bulk up. Training with or without creatine makes a lot of difference.

It does make your muscles look bigger, but they don't looked toned/defined at all. The muscles somehow look inflated.
