Okay, my budget max is 200-400.
But I would prefer for 1055, since its more simpler.

For based on chip I saw below product selling on lowyat:
Datage R1055, AC Ryan Essential, and I also found Mede8er MED300X but couldnt found whose selling this in Malaysia.

For time being I'm intrested with MED300X as I saw the interface UI look nice  , AC Ryan also nice, but I've read soo many complaint from their forum and make me scare to buy 

Datage R1055 Selling 200Rm, AC Ryan selling around 315 same chipset, and which I dont know why this more expensive, probably the casing, hw, and software.

As I can see here, seems like everyone rarely using 1055, may I know why, as I think maybe because of the price only slightly differ ?

Yeah, I would like to consider that also, but my movies already reach 800GB, thats why i choose 2 tb 3.5" for long term.

With Malaysia moving towards higher speed broadband, hard disks gets filled up really fast. Even 2TB might not be enough very soon (if all the contents inside are HD files).

you can choose the player maybe not need support internal haridks. but got the esata. can put 3.5" / 2.5" hdd at outside player.

but, 1055 havent use usb 3 yet, i think I'm okay with this, the thing is, i dont really need the lan/wifi, spp, etc... I only need to transfer and play only. But sadly its very rare to find 1055

Yes, but like this not quite good solution for me, as I have to put another electric cord, and I have to bring along all of them in 1 place which is more heavier.... sigh..... gosh, I wish someone here selling MED300x

Oh ya, next question, I saw 1055 chipset only have output composite ?

What is the difference between composite and component ?
I have very old tv and lcd tv, is composite can be use in all tv ? like crt ?
