as rubber price has been reaching record high, do you think counter like gmg worth to hold as worried the hike in raw materials will erode their earnings?

Think rubber prices will continue getting higher. Someone told me it's a potential target for takeover. Maybe next year? Hehe just speculating.

markets may be weak for the rest of this week for profit taking/book closing. Time for dow to start a pullback too. cut my contra 15 lots at 0.315

keeping the rest which i still have funds to hold.

expecting dow to be negative tonight again. but will maintain my 'investments' for now, but looking to see if can get a small amount of gentingsp on contra at 2.06 and GMG at 0.305 tomorrow just to practice some trading

on second thought, shan't be playing contra over the weekend la. better have some peace of mind.

to readers, i'm sorry for the bad performance of genting sp.. nearing end of the month, but yet it climbs up 3 steps, falls back 2.5 steps without any sign of the big news i was talking of... much of my funds are also stuck unfortunately and i bravely held on even though on many occasions i wanted to cut it due to perceived weakness...

unfortunately, there's still weakness around the corner before it can inch back up to 2.20c again... in other words, it's a slow counter to play right now while most mid-caps are promising better returns

no worries once our cherroy bro said, dunno what to do just do nothing..... see if can apply on ur situation or not? anyway my funds stuck in bursa as well...... just blow water only this few weeks..... mine SG is good indeed, i'm going for long position in SG is maintain. cheers bro.

Guys,... the big news about GenSP could be they will start to give-out dividends soon to entice more investors and of course, their staff and the management too. get ready for this news.

But can't tell exactly at what timeframe.

hmmmm will be very disapointed if its just that... the news already out that genting considering dividend
