It says i'm standard version account now on website.
Loading page says i'm using Veteren, tera club expires in 30days...
but i have no idea what items i'm entitled actually, keys?
and how do i claim it...
still noob started not long ago...

Those before f2p are in Fraya, those after are in Acardia, Zenobia and Veritas

Mount, village atlas is account, so all your char have access to it. Daily boosts are for account as well but only 1 char can activate per day. NPC scrolls can be use by any of your characters, there are 30 for each NPCs. For keys you get 10, one of your char will have it but you can bank it so that other char can use.

You'll get an ingame email telling you have items to claim
Items you need to claim are keys, village atlas and npc scrolls, the rest are in a hotbar you can see on your screen.

Will get ingame and check it out, kinda crap for me now coz main char got stuck and can't use yet... been 3 days...

seriosly, elysium got lot of sgmy player now, ill apply for it...been reroll warr n lancer till 3+ this lately



just pick any preferred class..trust me, ull ennd up with having almost every class in Tera since all their class were totally different through gameplay

not the same typical MMO in which stat/skill/appeal/bonus buff-debuff were the only different...
ur skill n control would later determine your fav-class

4 days now, haven't received any mail about the items

Try adding Tera-Launcher to your Windows Firewall.
Try clicking refresh button first before select a server.

Already did, didnt work and seems like other unfortunate souls like me are also suffering the same fate...
Some say need to redownload the whole client via repair =.= crazy long.

that's very weird, i'd suggest you submit a ticket to Tera Europe support.

I am on Fraya, its open for new players now so join fast

People say the support is slow and usually ignore people >__> and ticket takes long.
