Just found out that radio DJ at THR gets about RM6k base pay. Income can go 5 figures if include all the advertising they do.

Cool eh ? Just use voice can get 6K! Must seriusly use 1/2 the cash to take care of voice.

Not in malaysia, unless it's a very special case.

Being realistic is extremely important. First of all, ask yourself a question, what makes you think that you deserve that much?

From what I've seen so far around here, it seems as if it all depends on experience.

I guess you can be a CCIE, but without working experience your starting pay probably wouldnt exceed RM2.6K.

But maybe with CCIE, you can earn more without experience in the Academic world. You could be a lecturer or something. Then maybe can earn more even if you dont have working experience.

Personally, I don't think you would be able to PASS CCIE without working experience, it's already stated you need at least 2 years working experience to take the exam. People do compare CCIE with any Professor Doctorine programme out there.

Sorry to say....with CCNA is not enough for you to get high pay...
Currently a lot of CCNA holder...
It still depends your job scope..if your job scope need your CCNA qualification, it might be higher a little bit compare to market price.

i aggree with u..CCNA holder too many outside there..that's the reason i pursue for CCNP..but, my concern is, is it worth to work compare to the salary given? My job is to provide 2nd level support (not 1st level) and entertain International and Malaysia Telco's and ISP. I work in shift/standby mode somemore. I ask few fren, the job that i do now + exp, suppose to get higher pay at least RM3.5k..any comment guys?
