Are you sure that the deposit is forfeited if you collect it from other MEPs and not from the one you registered with?

Not to forget that how many users are actually willing to pay for that insane charge on data usage.

I just got my iPhone 3G[s] 32gb @ the Pavillion yesterday.
Can i exchange it for 16gb because i was told there is no stock left in the store.

are you book direct from pavilion or from any other place...for the deposit that you pay to maxis center... still valid? or gone

You can't exchange your unit for a 16GB one. Anyway, you get double space capacity of 16GB, so it's a good thing still.
If you feel like exchanging, you can always open a thread at Garage Sales to sell your iPhone and buy a 16GB unit from there too.

if let say i book it from pyramid maxis center... can i collect it from pavillion and do i will get deduct for the deposit i have paid at pyramid maxis center?...i dont want later i go there cant get anything

ur deposit will be deducted from ur monthly bill... dats wat d maxis staff told me when i collected my iphone.. i booked at cheras maxis center.. then last friday when i went to pavillion to collect d phone dat guy told me dis story.. so i payed RM 2190 for my 16GB 3GS and d RM 200 deposit i payed to cheras maxis centre will be deducted in my monthly bill.. i took ivalue 1 btw..

I was at pavillion yesterday, from what i understand as long as you've booked from other maxis centre its fine you can go collect and they can deduct the RM200, but if you book from MEPs they won't be able to deduct the RM200. Hope that clears up the confusion

so did they proof anything to you that the deposit you paid it will deduct in the monthly phone bill?

If you're under any iValue Plan, your deposit will be deducted from your monthly maxis bill.
As for iData Plan, the deposit will be deducted from the phone's cost.

i got my phone yesterday from sunway maxis. i took ivalue 1 with 16gb 3gs. paid deposit.

when i collect the phone, they oni charge 1590+400-200=1790.

when you book it?

i think some of the forumers said its only for the weekend.. i think there is no more i guess...

LOL!! i booked on 15th October as some of the forumers booked the same day but different branch had collected their phones

u goin for the idata/ivalue? some forumers said this coming tuesday gona have stock for 16gb. can give it a try though.
