yup, i got the sms almost at 5pm today and went to collect it after work.
While waiting in queue, a lady in front of me collected 2 units of iPhone 3GS 16GB black

im wondering now can book 2 units of iphone in one contract onot, currently using ivalue 100, but booked one unit of 3gs white only.. hope to get another set for my gf now..

well ... if it is any help ... i got info from the guys in maxis tat 16GB is very high in demand so stock is not much ... 32GB chances of gettin it early is high ...

32G waiting period is short compare to 16G according to sales girl in maxis centre in Penang?

good news,just now survey at klcc pc fair.
they promise can collect the phone in 7 days (fast) 14 days (slow)
i ask them,why here faster than klcc maxis centre?
they say " before this pc fair,they already order the stock"..

finally,,i got my iphone today,but really make me piss off...This morning i call maxis and they told will refer back to maxis pavilion and call me back..ok,conversation end,afternoon go pavilion with my friend to take my phone,but maxis pavilion told me that my stock haven't ready !!! WTF ?? then i told them i had been comfirm that my phone is alrdy ready so i came..nvm,i call back maxis and comfirm with them again, i told them maxis pavilion said my phone is not ready ,then the operator give me a reference number and ask me to check with pavilion again, the guy in pavilion check again and comfirm with me that my phone is rdy,,,wth ?? Finally i get my phone,waitting period 20th days..luckily i did call them and check..

so total waiting period now>?

i might use the same trick as well

haha.total waiting day 20th day lor..at 1st feel disappointed and piss off after hear maxis pavilion say my stock is not ready yet , but luckily my friend ask me to call back maxis and check again,...haha,so busy for my iphone now,going to JB it tomorow ..yeah !!!

I booked on 8th Nov and got sms from Maxis on 4th Dec : )

I asked the CS and he said now iphone duration time is 30 days : )

Thanks for your info. I went at 2pm to check out the PC fair. The above is coming from Epicenter at Apple booth, and indeed their stock is available for 16gb and 32gb in 1-2weeks.

Actually Maxis Booth has MEPs selling Iphone 3gs too. I managed to get the last 32gb white from Eicas Comm, MEP in Cheras. Their stock is already available, just got to collect it next week at the shop. At that time, there is still one 16gb black from this MEP, and another 16gb black from a MEP in Ampang. 32gb black... probably still got but i didn't ask.

bro thanks for ur post coz i experience almost similar problem as yours.

i booked my iphone 32gb white at maxis pavilion on 29th nov 09. On 4th dec 09 i recieved a text from maxis saying that my iphone is ready for collection at maxis pavilion, but when i went there they said no stock for me (wtf rite). They said it could be system error and if the iphone is ready they will call. So i went back and the next morning 06th dec 09 i called up maxis center and launch a report on this matter and they said they will come back to me on monday.

i'm still not satisfied and when i read bro amyhs99 post, i knew something is not rite. so this morning i went to maxis klcc and talk to their manager and guess what? this guy called maxis pavilion and fire them up side down and asked them to reserved a unit for me since i got all the receipt and text from maxis as proof. basically i end up at maxis pavilion to collect my iphone huhuhu... damn happy now!!!

Was at PC fair today at 11am.

Guy at Maxis booth told me he had stock for iphone 32gb avail on the spot.

For 16gb, he said he left stock in his cheras office.... how come he never brought it... he said the ppl there locked the drawer so need to wait 2hr to get it.. ask if i can wait... nvm i pass... no hurry. Besides, not interested in the 32gb
