QUOTE(clivengu @ Oct 6 2009, 02:51 AM) I go out jalan jalan this afternoon to test some shot.. I find these 2 "contrasting" signages.. n decided try to Focus on the signage to see if it works.... Turns out i think both of the r OOF...Shooting at higher F of course no problem since everything is sharp.. Photos below: » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « The photos r without crop.. shooting using Spot focusing Iso 100, F 2.8 -3.5, Shutter speed 1/100 n above. I wish to get all experience sifus .. under this kind of condition.. is focusing on the signage (of that size) difficult for the camera? is it my problem i shouldnt even thinking of shooting using F2.8 since it will not work like tat anyway...Im trying to prove is it my shooting problem or d lens problem.. i hvnt got an answer yet your tammy still giving focus problem clive? the signage is sooo out of focus have you tried manual focusing? I'm somehow more looking forward to the release of the a7X0 model... should have better noise control like the a500/550 but with the a700 body... nice...

QUOTE(limgp1976 @ Oct 6 2009, 11:39 AM) QUOTE(Braynumb @ Oct 6 2009, 11:42 AM) yeah... what is photowalk? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Photowalking" Photowalking is the act of walking with a camera for the main purpose of taking pictures of things that the photographer may find interesting.
It is usually a communal activity organised by camera clubs, online forums or commercial organisations. It is often done as a method to practice and improve one's own photography skills rather than a with specific focus on documentary photography."
