warranty wise..if u don mind the additional months(from the online registration)..u can actually convert to limited tourist warranty which last 1year..but that also mean u forfeit the warranty from msia..

its one of those "all-in-one"...u probably only need to bring 1 when u go on travel...but in exchange..u sacrifice ur IQ and aperture a lil for the range..for me..i stil prefer those dedicated lenses.. =p

but have u compared the photos from some of the lenses??lets say 18250 vs 1750..or 50mm prime..30mm prime..beercan..

i would suggest u go shoot with ur lens..coz it seems like u stil dont know what lens to get...shoot with ur kitlens first..when u come back..review the photos...and u probably know what lens to get...if u feel the photos r ok to u..then whats the point to change?

lol..well...at least we let u know whats ur options when u already had something in mind...

my range only from 24~90 leh...u hav uwa..macro..mid range..long range...prime...complete liao hahah..

well..sp90 is a prime too!! and flash is also essential for macro...so u can get sp90+flash...raynox..well..not very exp..but its okay even if u dont have it =)

so with that..u can be a bokehmon that do macro photography =D

as long as the focal length is fixed..it shd b consider as prime..

infact..alot of my danbo photos(around 80% i would say) were taken by sp90....i choose it bcoz it allows me to focus my subject in very close distance(its a macro anyway)..so actually alot of the bokehs u saw in my stream were created by sp90..

i have a 50mmF1.4..but i don use it as often as my sp90(to shoot toy)..bcoz its too wide and the toy is too small..lol..if i use 50mm and cannot focus close enough..its gonna introduce alot of unwanted space in the frame.....
