The cz is from F3.5 till F 4.5 at 80mm .. actually very good i find...not sure bout the 16105
*
yup..thats the part i like about CZ1680..reasonable big aperture compare to other non-constant F zoom lens..

but if u r talking about value for money..i guess 16105 is a good choice..

yeah thats y im in a dilemma... 16-105 is really value for money and the range is longer... but the aperture is not that good is compare to cz16-80... cz16-80 got better aperture and better colour and contrast and most important thing is the T* lens coating... both got cons and pros...
*
i think u only need to consider on ur budget...

range wise..do u have beercan?or going to get beercan?or any zoom lens like that?if yes u probably wont need the additional range from 16105...

hey cheeft..if u get a good offer ...ask them if u take two units how much ..then pm me... im in the process of selling of a few items to fund for my ziess also...its eitehr ziess or a550....aih...hard hard hard to choose
*
in this case i would support body...hehehe i guess the diff btwn 550 vs the current 230/330 should be big enouf for an upgrade =x

but think from another angle...if u gonna buy both eventually..then i would suggest to buy lens first since the price is pretty stable thru out the time...while body..price drops after some times...

how is the bokeh and sharpness compared to 2470ZA?
*
bokeh wise no fight..since its 2.8 vs 3.5/4.5...and in FF i could frame much closer to the subject hence the bokeh shd be creamier.....if u mean the "quality" of bokeh..then maybe i need longer time to find out since i havnt really have chance to go out for shooting these days..

sharpness...err...never really compare as i usually tune the sharpness during pp.. tongue.gif
