i think the oversharpening is the culprit.. especially the 5th pic..

do u use smart sharpening??whats ur "recommended" setting??sometimes i use low %..high radius....sometimes i use high % low radius...lol,,

for that picture size, i usually use radius of 0.2 pixel and 100% amount

i think is because of the DOF, u are not really taking candid potraiture, and the bokeh is over too much, or the sharpening cause the bokeh to look wierd... it looked like plasterised.

i usually use smart sharpening too if i need to sharpen my pic.. usually i wish i no need to sharpen at all.. (depend 100% on lens power! )
