I've got '07 Vios G dugong the very 1st batch (without remote trunk release),
as well as '08 Vios J auto. Maybe I'll get Vios J manual next. Lol. |

my house now got 3... after i get back 4...
early 80's KE-70, early 90's AE-100 and 2 yr 05 and yr 06 car.. my parent prefer toyota... last time my dad nearly go for Civic b4 he get my SEG... 1 and only non toyota in my house which is collection car from my dad's fav brand... This post has been edited by michael9413: Oct 12 2009, 03:56 PM |

Ha guess what? My folks are loyal fans of toyota as well. Now my dad as an altis while i trying my best not to get the toyota, in the end, i got myself a vios
 My family used to own a AE101 corolla SEG which passed to me during my college years. That one is one of the best cars my family has owned. Missed that car more than i going to miss my myvi.  |

i really miss that car... now back at my hometown with my dad... now his old toy with me... coz here more specialist to diagno the car when hv problem... parts also can be found easier compare to my hometown... even my gf also ask me can she drive the SEG instead of Vios... haha...

Vios G 2005 batch...
BTW, you guys better buy Kayaba/Toyota Genuine absorber when wanna change. Gone through a nightmare with Asuki absorber through a sparepart shop recommendation. Totally not worth. It was lousy that it was barely doing its job after 3-4months. Even the one I claimed warranty after just one month is acting up. First problem is the free play for the shaft. It cause all sort of noise when travelling through uneven surface. Secondly is the rebound. After few months, the front failed to rebound back when press down and the rear is too easily compress but only can compress 70% and then very hard to press down which explained why the rear is so stiff. End up have to dig pocket to change back to Kayaba. So sad... normally claim company but because its just 3months, scare tio scold by boss... |

Btw i slowly add some owners i missed out once i back home.
Took my car ysday and i didnt regret with my purchase. Ended up easily reach 100kmh w/o noticing when i took my ride. Its gonna be a dull 1st 1000km , but once after 1st service,  |
