Hi all..i got problem with my N97 mini..the problem is similar with this video (sorry i don't know how to explain it clearly..but hope the video will)

I already do master reset..then still not working..after that bring to shop where i buy to repair and after 2 weeks waiting for repair..the same problem still happen

FYI, I just update like usual when update reminder/notification pop up..i didn't install any other software except theme from Nokia Ovi.

Anyone ever experience same problem? Any solution? Thanks in advance

that amount may be a bit high for some users, but its better to let the professional do it for u if u got no confidence to update the firmware urself....

i dont want to see any n97 mini user end up with the same fate like my 5310xm

it happen to me once... that time my phone alarm ring n then all the button/touch screen not responding but the alarm still goin on... i took out the battery n then it settle... is ur phone ori? if yes,send to NCC for repair...

i already send to that shop twice..1st they repair by themselves, then second time they told that they send to factory.bah now the third time i got to try again..if problem still occurs..i will burn it

took out the battery its okay..for 2~3mins..then after that it start to hang again..imagine how i couldn't turn off my alarm in the morning without took out the battery..and how many time i couldn't answer any call because the screen hangs. never fall and didn't do anything..damn nokia doesn't like me at all

they tell me about software problem..but dont know which software..they also told me that they already format my hp..all theme, song gone..its ok but the problem still exist

since after format still have,then mayb it is the hardware problem or firmware got problem... u repair at?

try drop any nokia shop,then ask them wat the causes... they might know...

i think its better for u to bring the phone at NCC, as it might the best way to repair such thing..
