I dont know what happen with my n97 mini recently~ sometimes it wont show up the sms senders..just show number..need to refers contact list to know who the sender =.=

hello everyone! I just bought new n97 mini last month ~ and this is 1st time i use Nokia~ LOL

Before this I only use SE (whole family use SE also)


I want to try to use Nokia so i bought N97 mini. Here I encounter a problems for now.

I download a music video from certain website and want to play it in my n97 mini. But error come out said "Unable to play sound or video clip.Try to play partially". I download .mp4 type because the sample music video in my n97 mini is mp4 type. That sample music video can be play but the music video I download can't play. Any suggestion? I have real player in my n97 mini.



Lastly, can suggest me any great application/software that I can install into my n97 mini?

Hello everyone..i just trying to update my n97 mini using software update in apps..1st software update say i got 1 important update (phone software)..fine ~ i download it and install it..after that my hp restart and show that the update files is not compatible . im new to n97 mini and i dont know what wrong here . Sorry my english very poor

I already do master reset..then still not working..after that bring to shop where i buy to repair and after 2 weeks waiting for repair..the same problem still happen

FYI, I just update like usual when update reminder/notification pop up..i didn't install any other software except theme from Nokia Ovi.

Anyone ever experience same problem? Any solution? Thanks in advance

i already send to that shop twice..1st they repair by themselves, then second time they told that they send to factory.bah now the third time i got to try again..if problem still occurs..i will burn it

took out the battery its okay..for 2~3mins..then after that it start to hang again..imagine how i couldn't turn off my alarm in the morning without took out the battery..and how many time i couldn't answer any call because the screen hangs. never fall and didn't do anything..damn nokia doesn't like me at all

they tell me about software problem..but dont know which software..they also told me that they already format my hp..all theme, song gone..its ok but the problem still exist

ouch..if hardware / firmware prob what should i do? i repair at The Mines,Serdang..the shop where i buy the phone
