alright. There's no way any of the current Symbian^1 Devices by Nokia get Symbian^3 due to hardware limitation. The hardware in Nokia Symbian^1 devices are too weak in hardware. And haven't you realise even the newer phone with resistive screen comes with Symbian^1. So maybe, all resistive will stick back to Symbian^1.
There's one more point too. Nokia stated there's no more N Series devices with Symbian OS already. With all that factors, I would call a 0% for N97 Mini to get Symbian^3. |

if they were to do an upgrade even at a cost, I don't think they will be giving it to N97 Mini. Seems like N97 has a better say on this. Because N97 is larger in terms of physical size. It's easier to fit new stuff in but seriously that won't happen. That's not normal at all in business sense.
