Folks, what the competing model for N97 mini? I have a N79, thinking of upgrading to mini N97, hence wanted to look whats out there? Thanks

hi, my n97 mini has some laggy isue when playing youtube video , do u all have the same pb?

rather than asking wat the other competing model,u should state ur budget... then it would b easy to tell u wat other model available...

wait for the n8!!! that phone its gonna be like a lot better than the n97mini but I still love my n97m and will probably keep it as a backup phone after getting the n8...

i cant even play utube vids now...

cant play any video using the built-in real player, including what i recorded using the phone itself

if u already have n79, then just keep it... basically, n79 and n97 mini not much difference, except for the touchscreen only....

can someone link me to v12 version firmware?i have no idea where u all found these version firmware, i tried to run firmware update on my phone by entering *#0000#, it shows no update! but i checked on nokia website, it displays the latest firmware as v12???? u all downloaded the v12 firmware distributed for europe country ? I need ASIA version one, as i need the chinese language.

asia n97 mini already having v12 fw...

if ur phone is locally distributed units (zitron, avaxx, arista etc etc), then 100% can be updated...

i tried to update it shows no update wor.... how come, yes , avaxx

anyone heard of this version V20.0.016 for N97 mini, read it over the internet

Guys, do you know what's the difference between the two? I am using the 2nd set which right now only has V10 firmware as opposed to the 1st one which already on v12 firmware. I am totally confused here that why I have to stuck with V10, I am using a zitron set by the way.

for n97mini,v12 is the latest... the v20 might refer to n97... n the link u provide dun have n97mini... i no idea wat this 97-1,etc...

it is always better to use ovi suite or nsu rather than ota method......

use navifirm to update my phone to v12, will it void mywarranty? or it can be recovered to official firmware at will

Earlier my phone also shows got new version v12 to update. Wonder if I really should update though since right now my phone is ok, a bit laggy but tolerable. Scare when update it will become worst. Any reviews so far on the new version?

frankly, i dont feel any difference between v11 and v12....

but anyway u guys can still give it a try, maybe its just me feel nothing, lol~
