yup. tat's why i said it jor in post #98. The downside of Born Rich is they dont have young & pretty actress. Actors are ok, and very good too. Although those actresses can act, but still need younger ones to attract viewers..

anyway, i still think BR storyline is way better than BTROC. BTROC too many copy cat la

Born rich is the kind of drama that developed slow but reached peak after all the characters are introduced while BTROC already show them all.

Don't forget Kenix Kwok not yet into the picture, Lo Ka haven't fully developed his evilness so it's too early to judge who will the ultimate winner in the end but looking current trend, BTROC look like they going to lead the rating till...well, just wait and see

Let's give both BTROC & BR a chance first before it comes to an end. For me, both are good shows with a different pace.

BTROC reflects back the ancient China way of surviving, which needs a faster pace before all of us will go to sleeeeeeep. That's why every episode is a "kan jiong" sensation with the addition of the music. Trust me, the background music of every episode races all our adrenaline.

BR is modern which suits our eyes more and it can have their time to develop their plot. Although many complains about the slow development, however, there is still space for them to create a "kan jiong" environment.

as long as kenix kwok is there, i will support to the max.... even untill now, she is still the most perfect girl/woman i ever dream of. even i like fala, still i think kenix is better coz i start to watch her acting since my primary school untill now, she still so charming and attractive.

Yes. Support Kenix Kwok. U see back when Kenix Kwok and Gallen Lo in Chong Sai Gei, they both really connected well.

So I wanna see Kenix Kwok..I think she will come back for revenge, causing trouble on Yat Mun's marriage.

this is weird..why suddenly TVB air both their so called A CLASS drama in the same time???want the audience to headache during the award ceremony?

watched ep1 for both dramas yesterday.

Born Rich - yes, kinda boring for ep1 but getting excited when Gallen Lo came into picture

BTROC - i actually skip some frames (too draggy for me, almost stop at half show as well). guess it's really not the type for me. dont say i dont try

Born Rich is apparently the 'mega-drama' from TVB this year so I think 'that show' is some sort of warm-up for people to watch together as double header

Because it's TVB anniversary month. TVB anniversary month start from Oct 19 - Nov 19, therefore they will usually air grand production series in this period. In addition, Sir Run Run Shaw (Uncle 6) is stepping down next year.

This seems a more legitimate reason.

watching lo ka leong in born rich reminds me of 创世纪. still so good in the acting.

but he need to shave his beard...

now he is still con man...so need to keep the beard

can't wait for ep 4.....cuz Kenix Kwok will be introduced
