I'm looking for a nice earphone for my Nokia XpressMusic phone since the provided headset sound quality is sh*t. My budget is around RM 100. Is there any particular brand or model I should be looking for?

P.S. I don't want IEM/earplugs though. My ears can't stand those.

Thanks for the recommendation. I looked around but reviews say the bass too overpowering for this headset. Is it really the case? I'm not a big fan of bass, esp. if it covers everything else.

well,i would recommend u audio technica m30,but if u could stretch the budget, maybe audio technica A series,as it a closed type, more bass compare to AD type which is open.maybe A300.

now i see ur "dont want to be bulky" point.then maybe audio technica FC700 smile.gif

Hey, thanks for your recommendation....i've sort of check it out from some other websites... How much would it technically be for the A300??
I really dun mind paying abit extra for a better sound quality...though i must say that the FC700 looks sweet!

Hmm....any other that you might recommend..

Oh ya, i was thinking of testing out the headphones before i get them...(u know, just gotta have the feel of it before getting it) bt i know that most does not allow testing...so do you have any idea as to where i could go for testing of the headphones??

WOW....good recommendation....now i sorta wanna go for AKG....but would closed (K450) or the semi-opened (K420) sound better??

Do you think it's worth the price difference then??

Anyhow, heartfelt thanks for the recommendation.
