i also get this saman ekor last year
n they sent a letter to me
the letter entitled :

Permintaan Butir-Butir Pemandu Seksyen 115

according to this letter
they want me to fill the form attached in this letter
n return it to them in 7 days,starting from 29 Oct 2009

if i fail to do so,i could be punishable under Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1987

but i never fill n return the letter to them
so far nothing happen

wat is ur opinion towards my case ?

i just check rilek and myeg just now and notice i have a speeding ticket last week

although i was at that area during tat place .. but during the time stated, i wasn't driving at all.

should i pay for it?

Police summons you have option not to pay if your registration number is not 'blacklisted'...
That's what I found out when I checked mine last year.

Saman ekor is, I think' they 'shoot' you with laser speed gun, record your registration number, get your address from JPJ and send you the saman via post.

I also kena 2 summons. They sent one notification to my house, asking for my particulars that must be sent in within 7 days and a sum of rm300. The other summon was listed on myeg but I did not get a letter.

Paying online will allow me an automatic discount amounting to rm200 per summon...

I am a P license driver, I got the summons driving on KESAS Subang Jaya...

I went over the speed limit around 28kmh.

I was not stopped by police. So this is saman ekor? Should I ignore it, or pay it now, or plead at the police station, or ask for proof?

I've heard from my friend who got loads of speeding summons. She said there's a period of time where the summons will be discounted by 50%. Has anyone heard of this?

i just checked with MYEG..got one speeding summon back in SEP 2008...

i got summon on my illegal heart transplant engine on my previous suzuki when jpjroad block and i didnt bother to pay because the car i wreck till total lost.....lucky i didnt lost my life btw till now ntg bother to kacau me....msia not only u got summon...maybe i got lucky..

How did you found out where you speed & over speed by how many? My MYEG record only show the location, such as Petaling Jaya.

No problem. I still have one dated 1999 and still waiting for them to send the summon to me. But can renew road-tax / driving license without problems.

Basically, as long no 'waran tangkap', you can still renew road-tax and drive around without problems.

i go to myeg to check, it got 1 at the PDRM site, but nothing at the JPJ site(its shows "rekod saman tidak wujud" at the JPJ site)

i decided to go to pay it. but im scared after i paid, it will effect my kejara point !!!!! if it does habis my P license

Hey guys, i got 2 summons from the rilek website. but i found out 1 of the summon the time and date stated im not at the area on that day. WTF is going on? Why they stated that im speeding? cos my car was in perodua workshop for servicing. and i didnt receive a leeter from them.

ask them to show you the evidence of uu speeding .

i have 2 speeding ticket and 1 traffic obstruction and havent pay yet still no letter or so what ever from the police

Can someone please answer my question about my speeding fine? I paid online before waiting to receive the notice form PDRM. Must I still fill in the details of the person driving the car etc. on that form thing and pass it up to the police station? I mean, I already paid it.

i have 5 speeding tickets dated back to 2007 - 2009 and i cant renew my roadtax. i can't be paying RM1.5k one shot ! that's too much for me....what should i do ? any advise ppl ?
