Some info regarding the Submission of Driver's Particular CODE
Nevertheless, in subsequent replies to my parliamentary questions, the government confirmed that summonses issued under section 115 (1) (a) of the 1987 Road Transport Act have been cancelled or treated as No further Action.
On April 7 this year, the Home Minister in a parliamentary reply to me confirmed that a total of 38, 356 summonses issued under section 115 (1) (a) of the 1987 Road Transport Act and which carried a penalty of RM 300 per summon have been cancelled or treated as No Further Action.
I wish to state that my ground of challenge was that the Police had wrongly interpreted the legal requirement in the old format and not because the rules were wrong. Hence, the Police should not make any amendment which is totally unnecessary and impractical.

why do everybody seem a little too eager to hand their hard-earned money over to the police, without even bothering to check out what legal rights are they entitled to?

 i also jsut checked MyEG kena 2 keping. On June itself 2 piece!!! argghhh. previously working on a different shift always speed 120 - 140km/h. i guess i need to change my driving habit. *lucky ada wang bayar if not wanna renew license this month habis. i got a saman from bukit aman police but its from a road block in kuantan.. zzzzz the saman looks fake cause got no issuer on it (dunno jpj polis or polis traffic) only got the bukit aman chop . will attach picture later
neways.. spread the word. DO NOT REGISTER FOR MYEG.. once u register the summons come flowing in.

I kena saman for speeding. It's RM300 but if I pay within 15 days, I'm entitled to a 50% discount. Can I negotiate for a further discount? Based in KL btw.

police saman wont have effect.. if u kena jpj will tio blacklist...
another thing i heard police dont more than 3 summon... not sure though..
my bro kena police 3 summon 3 years ady still renew roadtax every year..
my recent case, they gv me ticket then lateron bukit aman send letter to my hse - - ask me pay..
