how much does an architecture fresh grad earns? if let say just finish part 1 of the degree. (1st 3 years)

hi guys... just want to ask, how much is considered high for a software developer with 1 year experience ?

I know I am very lucky cos under managers that recognize and appreciate my works.. Consider very good already for a 23+ years old guy...

Eh guys, Im not sure if this is the right place to ask so redirect me if I'm in the wrong area.

I'm a fresh grad got offered a job in a local MNC starting at 3.3k.

They havent told me about additional allowances but there are loads of perks, medical, staff discounts etc. Based on what ive read on LYN it seems pretty decent but then again, most of the fresh graduate posts arent that recent.

So is the offer good in your opinion?

Honestly, thats all I know. when i asked for more details like working hours they said it varies.. some days you work till 10 pm. but they assured me that you NEVER do anything during weekends.

was just hoping for like 2k after confirm.
After 6 months probation my superior wanted to postpone my confirmation for 3 more months because my evaluation is i'm not performing good enough and made mistakes, even worked till late night, over night. All efforts i put in considered "0" ?
So i quit.

It depends u r in a MNC or local company.

Normally big MNC pays more. My cousin who is in a PC hardware MNC earns bout RM2.5K when he first join.

Ah, I saw some postings in jobstreet and some even offered from RM1.8k-2.3k, I guess that's local company.
