anyone pls recommend a nice app for memo? it should be quick to open, quick to categorize, quick to save, quick to note, everything must be quick and nice interface sometimes when boss ask to do alot of things in one sentence(really can, amazing), no pen no paper around, only iphone need to jote down before i forgot. any apps?

Sorry I've no idea what the problem is; perhaps U wanna restart ur iTunes and try downloading again - I've no problems downloading apps via my mobile and then syncing it to the iPhone later *smiles*
