@tengyeow,
Can block certain calls ah?! hMm.. I've not come across an app like that but just in case U don't find an app like that, perhaps U could just silent that particular number [put a custom ringtone to that number]; that way, U won't hear the phone ring and won't end up picking the phone @gunnerstkd, I've AirSharing but I haven't quite gotten to using it. I'll test with a powerpoint file tonight and get back to U [that's if I can even find a proper powerpoint file on my computer] |

@gunnerstkd,
I've just tried reading a PPS file on AirSharing - the animations go away, and U read it as full page. What you see is originally 2 slides and as U can tell, the format did lari a bit @jackhammer84, Y don't U check if perhaps U need a passcode before the 2 connects?! Ah well.... read up to see what the developer has said. I was lucky cause I got AirSharing when it was $0.00 @nokia2003, Eh.. check out the books by 'Six Voices' - nice interface and pretty good content on some of them too d next time U can't sleep » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « This post has been edited by tinkerbel: Aug 26 2009, 08:38 PM |

@gunnerstkd,
I was browsing the App store the other day and did come across a couple of apps which were $0.00 but I didn't take much notice of that, perhaps U could just go through it thoroughly and hope to find something that suits U Just tried with PDF with AirSharing - it's typically the same lah. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « |

@Urban,
As gunnerstkd mentioned TomTom hasn't released their Asia version. They've almost covered the entire world except this region And averagely, it's about US$80 not US$100++ |

@fuiyo,
Both typically serves the same functions. It's a mater of preference. I too have both IM but I use BeejiveIM as my primary IM on my iPhone |

@princess_autumn87,
Do a search, you'll find several - am going out for a meeting so can't search for u right now but definitely the app you're looking for is available on the App Store. File explorer: meaning?! Using ur iPhone as a very expensive thumb drive? If so, that is also available @afiqkhairi, If you're in Australia, check out iiQuota. There's also separate apps available for the different respective telcos in Australia. If you're in Malaysia, tadak! |

@dinozilla,
I don't know about WhatApps but Ping! keeps us connected to the server at all times. Yes it is onli limited to people with iPhones but my group of friends I hang out with are all using the iPhone hence we usually Ping! one another, EXCEPT for those on the i2G In fact, it's quite a refreshing change. Speaking of which, I should start using BeejiveIM on my iPhone Go check out the Ping! thread to find out more information. @psyeo, I don't see a need having so many of the same kind of application - will just stick with Ping! |

@mr.ngiau,
There quite a few applications of such nature; mostly paid apps. Just do a quick browse and you'll find a few:- 1) Quickoffice Mobile 2) Documents To Go |

@dinozilla,
A Ping! message isn't *that* big lah; no need to be so kiasu; it's not like ur writing a storybook or something. If you have a data plan, it should be fine; if u don't have then well, it does get v expensive paying; having said that, IM+ or BeeJiveIM also utilises your data services. Also, there's less spamming on Ping! unlike on IMs |
