you do know the MMS protocol, shrinks and compresses an image to a relatively small size before sending right?

that is why MMS can be transmitted via the GPRS network (the bare minimum)

The problem with "No service" is two-fold, both on the service provider and the hardware side.

Try switching off "3G" so that the iPhone uses only the standard GSM network only. GSM tend to have stronger reception signal. I had the same problem while at Disney California Adventure under AT&T, switching it to GSM-only solves it. AT&T is notorious for weak/no service problems here. In urban areas, switching it back to "3G" poses no problems.

can.... just authorize ur itunes.... just dont forget to backup ur data

u can authorize up to 5 computer in one account.....
if u wont use ur old lappy anymore... then u can always deauthorize it...

btw wats the authorize computer means? i authorize it at my new comp,but still when i wanna sync or apply new setting

So you are saying that it might be caused by the iphone itself right? I'm seriously thinking of sending it for warranty if it continues to behave like this. This "No Service" thing is drivings me nut, the phone should have keep seeking for signal rather than gave up and just show "No Service"!

authorize means that u can keep the apps/song u bought frm itunes to the pc/lappy that u have authorize....

Hi to all sifus, I have an iphone 3g with software 3.1.2 jailbroken. I recently noticed that the voicemail tab is not able to reach my carrier voicemail box when pressed. I have tried re-entered the code *5005*86*xxx# on the keypad but the problem persisted.

When i tried dialing the voicemail box number directly from the keypad it worked. Is there any other way to set the code or my phone is kaput...

Will i able too use gps on my ipod touch or my iphone 2g pairing wif a bluetooth gps receiver??

try to reset ur voicemail tab by entering *5005*86*# and re-enter the code *5005*86*xxx#

I kinda searching solution for my iPhone that suffering drop calls whenever there is no 3G line (yes, Im on Celcom). After digging through this thread I found out there numerous people who are on Celcom having the same problem. Btw mine is 3G Singtel set on 3.1.2 Fw, JBed. The problem still persist even after I done the CommCenter patch for internet tethering. Already ask Uncle Google hoping to find some solutions but still...nada..

Anybody can share any thoughts.

Go search in Cydia. But if your phone is not jailbroken, then there is no way to do it.
