My Dune can detect all my 4 HDD in my IcyDock 4 bays HDD....and even with another Buffalo 1TB drive attached to another USB drive, I can see all 5 drives there and playing them without any problem

Looks like I'll be buying a Dune soon then!

your icydock is just 4-Bay HDD connected via USB or eSata? no RAID/Network connection?

connect direct using USB, mine 1st gen player, the dune 3.0 got e-SATA

nice!!! the ability to read more than 2 external drives makes the Dune far more SEXY!

For media player, where or what type of media format is your library?

I bought my Tvix HD N1 for RM500 at Czone 2 months back. It runs quiet cause no built in fan but after an hour to two hour plus movie watching the N1 is very very hot. Even my HDMI cable head feels hot (Philip gold plated HDMI - not expensive).

Any Sifu out there has the same problem?

Is this normal or am I looking at faulty equipment?

Hope some Sifu's can clarify or maybe ease my mind.

Rx330 i have replied u by pm.

I find that the Tvix N1 cafe hangs when u FF on movies 8-9GB. controller is not so good. sometimes press also like not responding..have to aim really SOMETImes.

i play my dvico n1 in air cond room so i don have any heating issues.

I bet it's a lil too late as YB had bought Dune Base 3.0 and a 'door stopper'. His 6500 is being 'demoted' to living room setup.
