Only God knows, but i am sure Lyn Forumners who invested in Oilcrap won't be talking to the directors any time soon... not until the next AGM or EGM... probably can see Eggs & begetables flying across the room.

Well from previous encounters and many other uncles whom have bought penny stocks before me... their advise have been golden to me...

Simple rule of thumb:
1. Never buy anything below RM 1. (there 925 counters 33 are PN 17, why Penny Stocks? - i know ptential returns and bla bla.. if really interested in Small Cap or Penny Stock.. try Unit Trust instead - PB Small Cap maybe?)
2. Buy reputable companies.

Guys, obviously there is some feel good feeling now...

but my objective and others in buying walan may be abit different.

i have spare 2K cash remaining, the rest of my money are all locked in for the long term.

I have only set aside 1K to invest in warrant, furthermore this are realised profits.

Again dont follow me, i am blind as a bat and its my 1st time venturing into walan.

Is all balancing your risk... let me ask you what are the chances of

a) company A share price of RM 1 going into PN 17 status?

b) company B share price of RM 0.50 going into PN 17 status.

than again who knew Transmile would lose so much of value.

Speaking which, i am the proud owner of two delisted companies namely Amsteel (2K shares) and Liqua (0.033K shares).

how to not buy at a high price...?
How many forumners have truly bought a counter at its dip/bottom. (Not many perhaps 1 out of 100?)

What most of us are doing is, instead of buying at the bottom/dips, most of us are buying at the peak of most counters.

Why?

An expectation that the counters would appreciate in the future.

a glimmer of hope.

Seriously i don't know what i hit, bottom or the peak, i just buy first worry later (as in 6 months later - from observation this is the normal turn around time for most of the counters i have bought)

Should, could, would have bought Help long time ago anyways...

already used up all my bullets couldnt' wait, now waiting for the curve to bend upwards.

hopefully the bottom is a soft landing like a U, not like the sharp edge of a V... sure pain like hell.

think too much, end up buying nothing...

if recovery is expected in 1 or 2Q of 2010 than buy now, otherwise no more chanceliau.

If taking in consideration factors like:
1. when going to crash
2. what is best entry price
3. which of the 925 counters to buy
4. feng shui chart (if anyone still using)

how to buy like this?

In the meantime, i am confident with what i bought (most defensive cters), only thing left for me to do is watch my durian grow... other than that spam forum.
