If ur gf and u share the repayment...let's say equally, u still have to bear 2,650

If ur other commitments not that high, still ok I think. Depending on your other commitments (household expenses, parents pocket money, food, petrol etc etc etc)

And your cash is too little. if u lose your job, within a few months u are a milo tin kosong

Not a big shit , bank can appove meanz you are financial sound today.

Didnt meanz tmorow, expecially what we/we work can be change with new BOSS/management.
Jumping is need then another stress to take again. Interval of no income. Noting is perfect life, be prepare.
How ur loan can go thru when both your salary is rm12k? except loan tenure is above 40year.

Secondly buying new house..also need spare money to renovate someting like hv grill lock, kitchen cabinet, electic wire/plug, furniture, fan..and etc. Juz ready $$$.


Must note the debt obligation/installment, you will hv little money for saving.

becoz Im only know specialize COBOL and Insurance skill...only MNC insurance will pay me for my skill.

Jump other field must learn new...I got alot grey hair. Jump next big learning curve..my head will BOLD aka BOTAK.

yes..MAJORITY your policy you having is admin under COBOL system.

You name it Car Insurance, Fire, PA, life insurance, Investment link product , MRTA even your company employee helath benefit under this system.

You dont count those Poin of Sales that agent ...all are front end...every thing back to end Policy Admin system to mange the premium

In IT it's really hard to grow without learning new stuffs/keeping up.
The big money is at the creation stage instead of maintenance.

I also feel not balance when see everyone same "field" with me earning big bucks, while I'm from MNC and stuck at low pay.
