I just bought Lx3 from panasonic centre. but the price a bit expensive compare to kl lor.. just fall in lov with it so much so cant stop me from getting it..get a 4gb sd card, card reader, hard casing, puma beg...
i try to take a photo at basement parking compare with canon powershot old model...really bright and nice colour..i lov it so much!

ebay got sell.planning to get one..i saw panasonic centre got sell leather case also..but the price very expensive..u can get half price from ebay compare to there..

Check back a few pages. Hint: Metz 36AF-4 something someting. Hint2: Key Color, Midvalley.

Panasonic original 1 is made of high quality leather just like the Leica version. Ebay 1 is cheap synthetic leather, of course half price.

is this Metz 36AF-4 good enough for lx3??? the flash strong???

I would say more than enough for the camera. Just one weakness, no swivel. Another brand call Falcon Eye has it. The rest is similar. But among all 3rd party flashes, I trust Metz more.

yes I know. That's y I said don't compare cheap 1 to orignal Panasonic leather case. U shud see the Leica D-Lux4 original case for 800, that 1 lagi pengsan.

guys, besides the Falcon Eye and the metz that other forumers recommend me...is there any of you guys using other flashs???

I'm using Canon 580EXII.

i ask at panasonic lumix centre, they quoted me rm799 for the case..if like this, the price exactly same like leica D-lux4 original case lor..

the sd card does not come in the box rite?

from what i know, so far this 2 brand doesnt have a model that can support LX3 TTL.... but can work in full manual mode lor

Most flashes work with the LX3 because their triggering pins are same. But the rest of the pins are not, so you don't get TTL and other compensations specific to your own camera model. Also some flashes have different trigger voltage and you don't want to spoil your cam or the flash.
