downloaded 15GB yesterday night, no cap.

Area: Jalan Pahang, telekom tell me i connected to sentul exchange

Current Capped Speed: 30~50 kbps (current capped speed is varying from day time at night time, mid night usualy a bit faster, although i am 1m package, but previously i was always downloading at about 160KB/s)

Downloaded Data: not sure, was average about 10GB per weeks, base on my tomato firmware record.

Date: 2009

IP Range: i seem to get all sort or range, including 60.x.x.x 115.x.x.x 118.x.x.x very seldom 218

Software to monitor your traffic is by Tomato Router firmware. i believe this is more accurate since i have few computer in my house.

For those say u have been capped.

please prove it by upload the screenshot of speedtest.

Because I doubt some people will misunderstand by the word "capped"

Capped means u can't get the speed what u pay for. no matter in local and international site... But some ppl might think they got 50kB/s in US site.. but 100kB/s in local site...

this is the result i get few days ago, no matter i try to connect to Malaysia server, or oversea server, i always get similar result. and i am now oversea, i cannot do the latest test.

so if you compare the Download to Upload and ping time, you thing i have any problem connecting to singapore server?

but why the Download is so slow while the upload is just like normal? please explain to me this is not capping.

Your connection has been capped. today my internet are uncapped by tmnet .. so..for your solution ..plz everytime call tmnet to fix your line.. scold them,, pawn them.. headshot them... show them no mercy...it should be fixed

Please try to do a speedtest again.. may be they release the cap every month ?

current speed : my connection suddenly speed up...coz my torrent usually max about 20kb/s(even local seed)..now i dload almost 50kb/s. not yet on speedtest (coz im dloading before they capped again ). my speedtest averange around 50-100kbp/s..not interested in international coz local server test already slow.

download data : average 5gb per week (not sure...i always dload 1 anime per week+few p2p files)

date : realize my connection start slow about 2 weeks ago.

ip range : as always 60.x.x.x 118.x.x.x 115.x.x.x

i called 100, they said my account was uncap..n setapak exchange was doing some upgrade (this was 1 week ago)

after midnight my connection slow,,am i capped??

Nope...slow connection after midnight is quite normal btw....me also slow by midnight...your speed during the day or before midnight, slow or ok??

not sure I'm been capped or not coz there are 3 ip range I always get...115.x.x.x, 118.x.x.x, 124.x.x.x...and the 115 ip is the normal uncapped version where I can get full speed through this ip...but if I got 118 or 124 the speed is just like being capped...also I have reported this to TM since last monday...

during the day i can get max speeds for BT
once 5pm comes, the speed drops (but upload still same speeds)
direct downloads can get max speeds at anytime of the day

if don't show off your download speed. You not get cap by tmnut.
