I voted No capped

For those say u have been capped.
please prove it by upload the screenshot of speedtest. Because I doubt some people will misunderstand by the word "capped" Capped means u can't get the speed what u pay for. no matter in local and international site... But some ppl might think they got 50kB/s in US site.. but 100kB/s in local site... called themselves capped. ~~ |
