That out of memory, memory leak or memory management problem has existed since Nokia N80 like 4 years ago, and today latest Nokia phones still has same problem.

according to reviews x6 and e72 has bad memory management for the moment (coz of firmware)

Not sure how you guys use the phone but I didn't find any major problem with the phone. Yea, can't deny that the memory management still awful currently, but it has been improved via v12 (http://www.allaboutsymbian.com/news/item/11117_The_Nokia_X6s_v12_Firmware_let.php), and who doesn't become beta tester when it comes to Nokia phone? Give it some time to get the good firmware, like V40 in 5800 ... Now everyone are happy with it isn't? Some more 5800 got custom rom, make it even more stable and functional, I believe it will happen on X6 as well.

As for CMW, as IcedNyior mentioned, it totally worthy if you see it in that way. I have currently more than 1000 songs downloaded, and it already cost more than the phone itself if based on the $0.69 price-per-song. What's more you can just eat-all-you-can; try out any songs you like by just downloading them and delete at your will.

I admit transferring via Ovi Player do take some time, but I believe it will get improved in the near future, and of course I think the speed is due to the software always attempt to insert license for each individual DRM-ed song.

All in all, it doesn't sound so bad to get X6 afterall, even though the current firmware doesn't make the most out of it, but I believe it will in the future. Of course, you can opt for the 16GB version and subscribe to Digi unlimited Music which is RM5 per month, you can't really get as much songs as in CWM, but it does have tons of latest songs for you to download, which is of course DRM protected. :\

X6 16GB official set(zitron/Avaxx) will be available this weekend or next monday. Recomanded Retail Price will be at RM1580.

You are full of bullshit. Is a lousy phone i bought it from clareen ask her, Is not user friendly at all. I type to sms like 3 times because my palm touch the close button and you have to use 2 hand to type sms. Don't make people sad lah by telling all the good bullshit about this phone. Please believe me is a lousy phone. Still love my N95 8G more then this crap phone.
