Well sh!t myself on a pumpkin. Lol, how can you even mutter to yourself in squats? I don't even have breath left. =(

At either the top or bottom of the squat, when I'm trying to gather myself for another rep or just try to get up again. xD

Where do you train? FF too?

Nope. =/ Sungai Long clubhouse. Thinking of switching to another gym, also in Sungai Long, because the maintenance of the equipment in the clubhouse is very poor. Stuff is either missing, or broken. I'm just waiting to see if they take some responsibility in this.

Your body is adapting to your routine. And, where did lower body training go?

ok, but then when i rest? how am i suppose to put back the dumbell on my thigh?

and at start, i thought we are not supposed to lie down onto the bench directly as it is bad to our spine, so we have to lie down by the side. then how to have the dumbell on the thigh???

thanks for any help.

So which one is better in your opinion? Pendlay or barbell row?

Different exercises for different objectives.

Aw shit, I think I've really done it for my back this time. During football today, I jumped to take a header, got pushed and fell hard and flat on my back. Made the pain from my not-yet-healed lower back injury worse, and what's more, now I can feel some pain going down my right leg. Going to the doctor tomorrow. =/

I do a ton of sets too with no more than 1 minute rest in between. Intense as hell (by my standards), but it feels awesome. On average it's about 20-25 sets for bigger muscle groups.

Try

Chest and biceps
Legs and shoulders
Back and triceps

This way you don't end up training the same muscle groups twice in a row.
