Ego also has Harbinger straps for cheaper,Rm23 for normal and Rm36 for padded,prices might be a little off.

Yup,my friend got those too,but I don't get the hang of deadlifting with straps,seems easier for me with normal grip albeit having to use lower poundage.

Max I tried is 160 for 2 reps and that was without straps.

Gonna try harder tomorrow morning!

Callouses are there,just that a point is reached where the grip just loosens by itself and your fingers open!

Straps would just roll off the bar as they are not tied in any way,just wrapped around it.

My squats are limited to 60kgs cause that's the max I can clean and lower to my shoulders then push it back up to remove the weights afterward!

My consumption is 3.5Lbs per month,but take into account that am doing an 8 day split and also that my diet is already high in protein.
