Nope, having a shallow six pack with no muscle thickness is worthless, even if you manage to get it after 1 year of doing sit ups,how you think you gonna look??No arms, chest, back, legs, traps except a worthless 6 pack!

I disagree.  Having a built-in cheese grater would be pretty cool.

Maybe but whats the use when you don't have enough power to grate the cheese?!

Wide grip and close grip bench press.
Close grip targets the triceps more!

Saw a guy a haven't seen for a while in the gym today,he was just a regular gym goer but then he started training with the roidheads, now he has massive biceps, shoulders, traps and nothing else.

He looks so darn out of place, its like his upper body is artificially inflated and not to mention that he now has enough acne to choke on.

The funny thing is that he doesn't even have a routine, just comes in and randomly does all the types of curls he knows then away he goes!

Stay clean!

It is because of the high protein diet.

Cholesterol also not that great, HDL too low and LDL too high.

You worry too much. Seriously. When i was with Terry yesterday, he mentioned that young bodybuilders are too caught up in the smallest things without using basic common sense. I can go on all day explaining redundant stuff about uric acid excess causing gout or hyperuricemia and its treatment, etc but you're already on lean meat and fish what's the problem?

I'm sure from your posts you don't have family history of gout else you'd most likely be mentioning it here before that.
You should be worried if uric acid levels are too high, not low. So just shut up and train brother. =)

Thx for for that.

You're right about the gout, nothing in the family.

The last part sounds like Hulk Hogan in TNA!

Amen to that Brother!

@Jamis

I noticed that progress is slow for push press,my max 3X5 is 65kgs,If I go for 4th set then I can't do 5.

I do have those in my routine but push presses provide something I can't get from seated presses, the "feel good" factor.

Doesn't make sense I know.

For decline dumbbell bench press you'll need to get someone to hand it to you.
