that was brought up before in this thread whoopa, that kit is actually the Kick Off version of the MU replica kit produced by Nike as well. subtle differences to the replica, esp on material, and some tags etc.

whoopa, just key in kick off on the bottom left and you will find the results. Anyway i think it is within the last 10 - 15 pages, as the discussions were quite recent.

In a gist, Kick-off kits (for Nike only so far) looks visually like the replica from afar, but there are differences in terms of materials used / badges / labels etc. It is meant to cater for those with lower budget to own a piece of authentic football kit.

i just saw the kick-off shirt just now, but in midvalley not pyramid.

the material reminds of me of last season's material.
with ventilation holes all around.
the normal one is smooth all around.
one tag that's missing is the one near the collar. (3stripes)

in regards to this jersey, looking at the black security tag as per schmeichel7's picture, it seems like it's the "reject stock" version, because the silver lining seems crooked. so yeah, even if it's authentic, some people might not wanna get it since it's of lower quality. just to let u know

pyroboy or other taikos, can you point out more details how to differentiate the difference between the genuine 06 away shirt compare to the reject version? I'm looking to buy one L size but scared might get the reject ones.

the easiest way is to look at the security tag like i mentioned, see that the silver lining is not straight but crooked here and there. and also, the crest isnt that nice looking. The reject kits are for Asian sizing thus the washing information as shown in the pics before, and it is made in Indonesia. Schmeichel7 said that because this is the first time Indonesia's Nike factory is assigned to produce this jersey, they did not meet the quality check requirement and are thus considered as "reject". Of course they are authentic, and it's no much different that if you wanna get the Kick-Off version of Nike kits, compromise quality for price.

where you plan to get for it?? If from ebay, you must becareful, there is 1 korean who might selling the reject version 1 due to the information from taiko s here....

Rooneybeckham, i think can safe to say the jersey he is selling is not his in the picture cos i seen that picture somewhere else...

there are few sellers selling in mudah, but scared to get due to the quality issue, tried ebay but so far hard to find L size in good condition, apart from the korean seller. How bout the nike fit version? I haven't seen anyone selling that yet.
