So guys, what have I done wrong in the process ?

i did mention about this password thingy in my blog under backup procedure..anyway a reader suggested 'lukitse' which is finnish for unlock or something like that. feel free to try it and let us know the outcome.

how about installing theme?I cant install no matter how!I changed the date,and follow the instructions but still cannot.Its either expired or something wrong TT

I had the same problem, it will auto disconnect for NO reason, BUT it
only happens when U connect to two (2) phones (my E51 & E71)
after about 15-20 minits, E71 will disconnect, vmad.gif dam sian...
so I jus exchanged the Itech to another model, singular line connection!
E71 using Itech, E51 using normal handsfree, problem solved! thumbup.gif

U need to sign the theme 1st with a cert signer.. Go check out at 5800 thread on how to sign an unsign app/theme..

If u find ur current firmware is stable and u dont really need the update(go check front page for d v400 change log) then dont update lor.. I noe some1 tat till now is still using v100.

ya just read the change log. quite attractive, if i want to upgrade the firmware, how to avoid the problem from the user above who is facing the memory card password problem? i sked i will face this problem too if i do so.

Back up wat ever is important to u to a folder in ur computer.. Follow d guide in d frontpage.. Make sure all data in ur phone memory and card r back up so u wont regret it later.. Garmin u wanna back up also can jus copy d whole garmin folder and jus reinstall with d garmin.sis
After u hav back up everything format ur phone and card. Then removed d card and proceed with d update.. If u r an ori set jus proceed as usuall .. If ap set do check ur keypad mapping 1st.. and whether ur product code support d latest firmware update..

I would suggest that you backup up everything including the memory card. My mistake for not backup the memory card because the process will take forever to complete.

depends on ur usage lo.. i use my wifi & msn everyday, can last 1day plus only. around the same like ur situation

without running garmin

Mine's the same only 1 day but i have UMTS on all the time, I think 3G line here is very weak and the phone needs to search all the time hence consumes a lot of juice.
