some proxy are laggy, but the one i use give the usual ping

hotspot are fine, use em, if u lag first try reset ur modem and reconnect again it be fine

most of the pinoys and thais are terrible gamers. i had bad experience with them in hon.

can access but takes some time, i have 2 proxies, i use hotspot if i want to buy from store cos it loads faster, but for game, definitely ultrasurf

I use Hotspot shield before i execute the game then after successfully on the client, i off the proxy server before pressing play button. This method are better no need to use the proxy all the time because LoL server dont block ip from malaysia yet, only through their client check. I have better pings from this method.
