I find the american ones less annoying.

They will let us retain acct info and heroes we have obtained as well as runes. So basically a complete transfer

We will be transferring all accounts to the new server, all your content should be carried over.  If you received a refund for RP purchased, your remaining RP was stripped, but you are welcome to retain the refund and any content which you had purchased.  Refunds for RP transactions may take a couple days to be returned to all accounts but if you have not received any and all refunds, please provide me with the transaction number of the purchase, as well as either the last four digits and expiration date of the card you used or the email address linked to your Paypal account, if you paid with Paypal.

You will probably need to download a new client, more information will be forthcoming.
