Ap sets comes from other country, different country have different product code so, let's say if your product code is country origin from UK and you try to find update through Malaysia Nokia server, it will not allowed you to update so you need to change to Malaysia or Asia pacific code.

google on how to change product code.

AP set can update using NSU... Mine too AP set and can be updated using NSU... please check your product code underneath the battery something like 057xxxx and try to query it at Nokia website...

erm... wat it has got 2 do with battery?
tried to do wat u told, but still cant. hard reset means format? so i mz back up everything on the mmc 1st.
after tat do i stiill 2 install apps one by one again?

i think is your application not install properly.. have to reinstall again..

Have you tried to install those apps again?
If that method doesn't work, you have to hard reset your tube then.

yes, memory card also one of the issue..
you may take your phone to NCC or the place that you bought to ask for assist..

nope...
but i discovered that wen i try 2 open my memory card folder, a cmd box appear den closes instantly.
i cant open the folder by clicking on it, so i nid 2 right click and click explore 2 open.

Below is the screenie. sifus gotta help me out here. i hate to format and reinstall all my apps again

do some troubleshoot lah .. step by step elimination... try out the hardreset.. if still doesnt' work .. then try the storage card pulak loh ...
