you can reinstall your access point from the setting wizard in your phoner..

soft reset = make the phone back to original setting, your data still remain.. (can do it on phone setting - Factory Setting)
hard reset = make the phone back to original setting and clear everything in your system. (t can do it by key in the command *#7370#)
