Does that modem come with dialer software?

Can you give the details about your probs.

E.g, type of modem you use, SIM, laptop, when it start and etc....

does anyone have any problems connecting using a vodafone-branded ZTE usb modem from celcom? keep getting this error "mobile connection is not possible". have tried reinstalling the Vodafone Mobile Connect Lite software a few times, changing the connection to GPRS/EDGE, uninstalling n reinstalling the drivers in Device Manager, using the windows dialer, etc.

I don't think there is any other program using the same ports. Help! sad.gif
