Bought Huawei E220 modem from a forumer in Garage Sales for RM299.

Then bought another E220 modem for RM150 <- seller want to clear stock. that's why got so cheap tongue.gif

But dunno what the current price for E220. Can check at Garage Sales smile.gif

i bought the advance D98 package today in the morning. but still i cant connect to it. theres no signal on the client and it says "You cant connect before register an available network". is this because its too early n the sim is not activated yet? im too frustrated already smile.gif

In playing its part to help Malaysia achieve 50% broadband penetration by the end of the year, on 4 August, Celcom Axiata launched three new mobile wireless broadband plans, with prices starting from as low as RM48 per month versus RM68 previously and it also comes with a free USB modem. However, they must pay RM100 one-time registration fee.

True, in fact it is not only this particular model but many 3G USB modems are very affordable these days. smile.gif

Honestly speaking, to me I think it somehow depends on luck too. In certain cases, maybe say Huawei had been pretty excellent for many users but some people might be unlucky to experience problems with their Huawei modem. For me though, I had very good experience with ZTE modems and so far, none had any problems. biggrin.gif
